About The Founder

From an early age I loved to push buttons just to see what would happen. I have always been fascinated by the way technology can help people, and make the world a better place. The first time I “dialed up” to the Internet I was blown away by the possibilities. From that moment on I knew I wanted to be a part of creating cool things on the Internet

After college I worked at a company that created websites and web-based software for the powersports industry. During that time I helped to design, build and maintain our custom software that powered over 4,000 websites. The suite off “software as a service” applications that we built helped dealerships market and sell their products online, and also manage various aspects of their dealership all in one system.

As proud as I was of the software that we built I knew a large corporate environment wasn’t where I did my best work. I thrive in a fast paced environment that can rapidly adapt to the changing world. In 2013 I launched Port Light Technology with the goal to help businesses build the software that they need to be successful.
